Hooker Exhaust System
No matter which Hooker exhaust system you choose, you will improve your power through increased exhaust flow. Hooker Competition Universal Exhaust Systems are available with optional Hooker Competition turbo mufflers. Their unique reducer flex-tubes are easily connected to any 3” or 3.5” header collectors, but have the ability to last. The Hooker Competition Manifold Back Exhaust System is highlighted with large-diameter, 16-guage steel tubing for less backpressure, improved efficiency, and longer life. Each and every system is mandrel-bent for a consistent inside diameter resulting in maximum flow. Add a Hooker Competition Header-Back Exhaust Systems or a Hooker Super Competition Header-Back Dual Exhaust Systems designed for both Super Competition headers and stock exhaust manifold applications. These mandrel-bent systems also contain the 16-guage steel tubing for low backpressure, and maximum efficiency during its long life. A competition vehicle requires extra performance capabilities. Hooker Super Competition Cat-Back Exhaust Systems enhance performance gains to intakes, throttle bodies, or header modifications. Their mandrel-bent 16-guage aluminized tubing provides the desired efficiency, lowest backpressure, and extended life. Hooker Super Competition Cat-back Exhaust Systems are designed with a flanged construction in all the right places and use existing stock hangers for ease of installation. Hooker Roll Bar
You don’t want to get caught out there without a good roll bar. When it comes to keeping you and your passengers safe, a Hooker roll bar is the way to go. A roll bar is inexpensive insurance, especially if you compare it with the cost of hospital bills these days. Professional racing vehicles have them as a standard feature, but an off road or street vehicle will require a roll bar installation. Although most roll bars consist of a welded series of tubes bolted directly onto the frame, some are mandrel bent. Keep in mind each roll bar is uniquely designed for each type of vehicle, so you will want to be specific when purchasing one. Do your research and determine what type of cage you will need – a 4-pt cage or a 6-pt cage. At any rate, if it is your intention to get the car into the low 12’s or lower, or if you are planning on regularly drag racing, make the car as safe as possible. Keep yourself safe.
